SOMA Labs Music unveils a compilation that plunges into a deep sonic journey along the edges of apocalypse, meditation, and imagination. Seven tracks — seven states, seven visions.
Sound becomes space, and space becomes a state of mind.
The album opens with the cinematic canvas “Nebbia” by Deus Ex Machina — a sonic depiction of lands and cities left desolate after catastrophe, where only ruins remain as echoes of a once-great civilization.

A natural continuation follows with “Terra Forms One” by Ehule. The track’s atmosphere seems to rise from the ashes, forming new shapes and landscapes. Symbolically, the piece was created using the TERRA synthesizer by SOMA Laboratory, lending it a special organic depth.

Then comes a turning point: “Zweifel und Trauer” by Psychomorphosis. Within it, one hears an uneasy awakening. Is this a new civilization revealing itself only after the disappearance of the old? Or the rebirth of Earth itself after destruction? The answer remains a mystery.
The conceptual and emotional climax arrives with the psychedelic track “Under Mommy’s Painting” by Tulpa Tape. Sounds distort perception, creating an atmosphere of subconscious imagery, as if we’re peering into the depths of memory and imagination.

With “Blast” by Bourg, the compilation shifts in mood: rhythms emerge, guitar samples surface — this is music of return to life, a glimpse of hope after prolonged darkness.

The extended piece “29°00′N 13°44′W (I-II-III)” by ERMETE slows the breathing once again. It is a dense, viscous ambient, yet now meditative and constructive, as if sound itself is laying the foundations of new worlds.

The closing track, “Deep Waters” by Transient Z Eerie, serves as an epilogue. Created with the SOMA DVINA, LYRA-8, and The PIPE, it returns us to the fragile post-apocalyptic atmosphere of the opening works. Yet now the listener perceives it differently: as memory, vision, or dream.

What was it? A vision of the apocalypse? A long meditation? Or someone’s recollections? Everything described above is merely the author’s imagination. But what story will unfold for you when you listen to this music?
